Soledad Bengoechea Echaondo (San Sebastián, 1942) holds a PhD in Contemporary History from the UAB and is an exhaustive researcher of both social movements and the history of women in the twentieth century. She has been awarded the Premio Ciudad de Barcelona de Historia and the Premio Joan Mercader de Recerca.
1919 was a revolutionary year after the triumph of the Canadian Strike, but it was also counter-revolutionary because of the lockout that lasted eighty-four days. The aim was to put an end to the CNT, which, at that time, had 400,000 members. In this new translated, expanded and updated version of the Locaut de Barcelona by the same author, published in 1998, with a prologue by the writer and historian Pere Gabriel (Terrassa, 1945), she delves into the responsibilities of the Catalan bourgeoisie in Primo de Rivera’s coup d’état and in corporatism as a political ideology.

Oracions: pel retorn del gessamí blanc Mercè Alegre Bastida Libélula Verde Ediciones Barcelona, 2023 Number of pages: 87 Dimensions: 145x210 Language: catalan DL: B44252023

Mario Frisetti, the author, brings us closer to anarchism from the Stirnean perspective of The Ego and Its Own
He briefly reviews Italian anarchist history, with Brunno Filippi or Renzo Novatore, and the Columna de Hierro with Pepe Pellicer. All this impregnated with Dada and its different facets; Man Ray, Ball, Richter, Kupka or Cravan, among others, are intertwined with the Stirnean work and with the pirates of the 14th meridian. A journey that shows us his own map with landmarks of the libertarian-anarchist world.
The first publication of the book was in German, then in Italian with the publisher Fenix and now finally in Spanish; edition that has also been revised and expanded.
